Please Read the Following Policies Before Booking:

  • For all appointments, there is a required 10% deposit (based on the total price of the provided service). The deposit counts towards your final payment for all rendered services. Deposits and total service payments are to be made via Apple Pay, Cash (for total payments only) or Zelle. Please include the name on the reserved appointment on the deposit info. Should a deposit not be made within 24 hours of reserving a slot, the service will not be approved and will be cancelled.
  • Prior to your appointment, please come with your hair newly washed with little to no products. There is an optional blow-drying service available, make sure to select as you book your appointment.
  • Please do not book appointments more than 1 month in advance. To reserve a service time more than 1 month ahead, please contact UC to book the appointment.
  • All services are expected to start at the selected time. There is a 15 min grace period for tardiness. If you are running late to the appointment, please contact UC as the situation unfolds with your expected time of arrival. Lack of communication within the 15 mins timeframe, will lead to the appointment being cancelled and the deposit unrefundable.
  • All cancellations are to be made at 24 hours or more before your appointment time. You can transfer your deposit to the next scheduled appointment. Cancellations within the 24 hour period will lead to half the deposit being forfeit. To book a new appointment, you will have to make-up the difference in the 10% as the deposit; otherwise, the new appointment slot will not be approved. No-shows will lead to a forfeit of your deposit.
  • Please make sure to read the description of all the services provided to have a clear understanding of what you want. If you would like a particular style or pattern to your style, make sure to communicate that to UC before your appointment.
  • There is a $70 additional fee for any after-hours appointment. Please reach out to UC before booking to confirm a date, and ensure to select the after-hour option on the service menu.
